Reiki Level 1 introduces you to the history, principles, and techniques of this ancient healing art. You’ll learn how to connect with universal life force energy to support healing, relaxation, and emotional balance, for yourself and those around you.

Learn the fundamentals of Reiki energy healing in this introductory course designed for beginners.
You’ll explore how energy flows through the body, and how to give a full Reiki treatment to yourself and others. The training includes attunement to the Reiki energy, practical exercises, and guidance on integrating Reiki into your daily life and holistic practice.
